How does it work?

On the trip, is programmed , a free appointment with our independent Law firm that we recommend so that you can receive all information and ask any questions you may have on the purchase of property in Spain. One day will be necessary to prepare legal aspects, such as personal documents such as NIE and the opening of bank accounts.

To summarize, if you wish to visit 10 properties, you would require a three days inspection trip, two of which to visit properties and one day to cover all legal aspects. In any case, we will work around your requirements and try work out all possibilities.

Preparation

The preparation of the trip is quite simple, select the options from this guide, complete the form, select suitable dates and make the payment.

IMPORTANT ASPECT IN PREPARATION OF YOUR TRIP

This guide is aimed at different types of customers and different nationalities, we will inform you about the general aspects for customers who are from EU and outside EU. We suggest following this order:

4.- Financial issues: if you decide to reserve a property, you will only be able to reserve the house or property if you pay the reservation, therefore , you must have availability for the payment of at least THREE THOUSAND EUROS (3.000 euros). The usual amount of a reservation is SIX THOUSAND EUROS (6.000 euros). Please note that if you are coming from outside Spain, the amount per person that you can bring in cash without declaring are TEN THOUSAND EUROS (10.000 euros). * Our company is not responsible for any legislative or regulatory changes that may occur, so we recommend that you check before you travel.

5.- If you intend to finance your property, through mortgage we reccomend that you bring information regarding income to be analyzed by our company Law team www.internationaladvice.es and a pre financial qualification will be done, knowing in advance if a Spanish bank will grant you a mortgage. www.internationadvice.es and we will do a financial pre-sanction and let you know if a Spanish bank will grant you a mortgage.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION

Once you have received your travel confirmation, we will arrange for our team to meet you on arrival and transfer you to your hotel or rented accommodation, as well as return you to the airport for your return. For this it is mandatory to know your flight itinerary from the beginning in order to do this in good time.

ACCOMODATION

You can choose between staying in the hotel or apartment offered we have selected and proposed for you.

EATING

We have selected some well-known and trusted restaurants and bars to take a midday break and recharge your batteries.

PROPERTY VISITS

You will be assigned a salesperson who speaks your language to visit your shortlisted properties and others that we think fit your profile.

TOUR AREAS

During the trip you will be shown around the area and the local services.

How much it cost?

Depending on the number of days of travel and the type of accommodation chosen, the cost is a fixed price per day per person, which our company will confirm once you send us the travel form. *Our confirmation is necessary, as accommodation rates may vary depending on the season.

The inspection trip contract process

Once you have filled in the attached form and received confirmation of the cost, you can pay by bank transfer to the details given on the travel form or via the payment link once we have received confirmation of the trip and the cost.

Our gift: In case you decide to buy during your trip, our company will pay you the travel expenses you have contracted with us on the day of the notary when you purchase and your property is signed.
